Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS
To request a refund, submit within 15 days of purchase (not receipt). Post this period, no refunds are possible. Eligible for return are unopened, unused, and items in original condition. To inquire about a return, contact customer service.

REFUNDS PROCESS
Once returned items pass inspection, refunds will be processed. An email notification will be sent at that time. Rejection notification will also be emailed.

SALE ITEMS
Refunds only apply to regular-priced items, not sale items.

EXCHANGES
Defective or damaged items qualify for replacement within 15 days of purchase, upon assessment by customer service. Inquire via the customer service team.
